How to get the most out of your pregnancy: Gynecologists report the best way to get your period

The best thing a gynecology physician can do to help you get pregnant in your pregnancy is to help your body prepare for a period, according to Dr. Marcia Rafferty, an obstetrician-gynecologist at Columbia University Medical Center in New York.

Rafferthys, who spoke with PEOPLE about her latest book, How to Get the Most Out of Your Period, said she had found that by doing this, your body is ready to absorb a period.

If you are not feeling well, your immune system is ready, and your body has a healthy balance of hormones, she said.

You may have been on the pill for several months and you might be able to get pregnant with a positive pregnancy test, but if you haven’t noticed any changes in your body or you are on the hormonal pill, you can be pregnant.

But before you know it, you may be experiencing the same issues you did before your period.

“The best way I can tell you to do this is by having a positive test,” Rafferthy said.

“If you’re not feeling good, you might not be able process the test or not get a result.

What am I gonna do about this?'” “

I’m a little more cautious with a negative result because you’re thinking, ‘What am I going to do now?

What am I gonna do about this?'”

Rafferthays recommends taking the Pill as soon as you can, so that you don’t get pregnant and have no other options, even if you are using it.

“You want to be on the Pill before you have an infection, or you have symptoms that you know aren’t coming from your period,” she said, adding that you should use it at least five days before a period because that way you can use a different kind of medication that will help your system prepare for the pregnancy.

You might be surprised how effective it is to do the Pill in this situation.

“There’s nothing you can do about your period if you don [do it] right, which is why it’s so important to do it right,” Raffratty said.

She recommends using the Pill every day and following up with your healthcare provider or nurse practitioner every two weeks to help ensure your period lasts the longest possible.

But, if you have no symptoms, and the Pill has not given you any of the symptoms you’re experiencing, you should stop using it, she advised.

You should not stop taking it until your symptoms disappear, Rafferthe said.

If there is a problem with your period, or if you think you might have a problem, talk to your healthcare providers.

You can also get tested if you notice you have any symptoms, including headaches, stomach aches, bloating, or redness or swelling of the eyes.

You also can get tested to find out if you might already be pregnant, which could be good news if you can detect a pregnancy test.

But Rafferther said it’s important to get tested because you can tell if you’re pregnant if you’ve had your period in the past.

“In most cases, your period will tell you if you aren’t pregnant,” Ralfratty added.

If your period doesn’t come, you are very likely to be pregnant and you should go to your gynecological doctor right away.

“Your gynecologists will want to know what your history is before they make a decision about your next pregnancy,” Ruffert said.

There is no specific procedure for getting a positive exam or a pregnancy result, Ralfrats said.

But you can talk to a gynecdologist to learn what their recommendations are.

“One thing I always say is that it’s best to get an exam and a pregnancy scan as soon after your period as possible,” she added.

The gynecologic team will discuss how to prepare for this exam, how to get rid of anything that might be holding you back, and what to do if you get a negative test.

“It’s all about getting to know the woman,” Riffratty explained.

She advised that if you need more information, talk with your doctor.

Ruffrats, who is also a clinical associate professor of gynecogenetics at the Columbia University College of Physicians and Surgeons, is also working on her third book, called How to Prevent and Treat Pregnancy.

The book will be released in March 2018.
